Since 2008, we have been producing, either internally or via our subcontractors, top quality clothing (coats, waterproof jackets, blazers, jackets, dresses, trousers, skirts) for a wide range of fashion brands. By working for such customers, who naturally insist on high standards of quality, we have developed a very strong and effective quality control system that allows us to fully monitor and control all stages of production. Our customers' quality needs are taken care of by 5 external quality controllers, 33 internal quality controllers, including 7 persons responsible for final ironing. Internally, we have 3 production lines, each employing around 35 people, which can guarantee production of orders of any size, even small or medium. We have brand new production machines and all the necessary machines available on the market. Our ironing department and cutting room have the most modern organisation and technology available. Where necessary, and with our clients' consent, we may engage our subcontractors who have worked with us for years and are committed to our standards. As Eurotex, just like all our subcontractors, we are monitored and audited for our quality and production standards or ethics. If necessary, we can also make designs with the support of our Italian parent company, while in Poland, we can take care of the first prototypes and sample collections.
