Eurotex is a company providing comprehensive services, including cutting of clothing fabrics and knitwear. We use an automatic cutting line for this purpose. As one of the most modern machines, the Lectra Cutter is equipped with a specialised lagging machine and a computer system for production preparation. Thanks to such an application, we have eliminated all inaccuracies, which has resulted in lower production costs and better quality. Speed and accuracy are the main characteristics of our automatic cutting service.

As part of our services, we offer sewing from materials provided to us by the customer and according to the customer's designs. We sew the highest quality garments such as waterproof jackets, blazers, jackets, dresses, trousers, skirts, etc. for the global fashion market. In the production process, we use state-of-the-art and automatic machines which ensure professional and failure-free operation. In addition, our ironing and cutting departments are characterised by the most modern technology and work organisation available. We have 3 in-house production lines of approximately 35 people, which can guarantee production of any orders: even small or medium-sized. In addition to in-house production, we also engage our subcontractors – when necessary and with the customer's approval. They are our long-standing colleagues who, like us, rigorously adhere to all the standards. We pack the order and send it to the address indicated by the customer.

At every stage of production and order processing, we apply a fully documented quality control system according to the customer standards. Thanks to the procedures we use, we have full control over the production process and the quality of the finished product. We use, among other things, the AQL-based inspection, a metal detection system and a packaging station. The entire inspection stage is supervised by 5 external and 33 internal professional quality controllers.

Thanks to the use of state-of-the-art x-ray machines, we are able to guarantee a completely safety of the product. The scanning process eliminates all the impurities caused by metal used during the production. This is very important when sending the product abroad. Our activities ensure that the product arrives safely at the customer's premises, within the specified period.

This is the final part of the production stage. Once the product has passed all the quality and safety checks, it goes to the packaging department. The entire process is shown in our video, which we encourage you to watch. After packaging, the logistics department then sends the finished product to the customer's warehouses.
